Start with obvious two-way matches, then use the new gaps to create longer lanes. When several moves are available, choose the one that removes more tiles or opens a larger empty area.
Common traps
Do not click a colored tile when trying to clear pieces. Do not click a blank space just because it is near many colors. The nearest visible colors must match, otherwise the click costs time.
